What are you working on now?
Coding a customized SMP minecraft server for the best alpha server there is out there (read, tweaking existing in game commands to work better and making systems to hamper griefers)! ( minecraft.rawcritics.com is the server name in case any of ya'll own minecraft)

What are you working on now?
I've taken the source of the MineCraft SMP persister, and I'm trying to reverse engineer the part of MineCraft that deals with custom skins in multiplayer so I can come up with a quick hack to make the game actually show my custom skin while I'm running the persistor. As an aside to that, since servers don't have name verification yet, I've coded in a name change for SMP so that I can actually have the name I want, seeing as how the persister conveniently already has the launcher decompiled.

A possibly unwarranted C&D letter. Just because a company sends you a C&D doesn't mean you were doing something illegal. See those high powered lasers that were sent a cease and desist from LucasFilms because there were a couple of blogs that called their lasers real life lightsabers, and how LucasFilms later realized they had no case and backed down.

You know, you can make big money of of selling Cease & Desist letters, so that legal bill can be paid off after you win in court because of fair use and parodies and the comic not being sold for a profit and whatnot if you get a couple hundred of them. Guys quit spewing all that propaganda that twisters of the law have forced down people's throats. Though, you could always have the artist and production be moved to Spain. :P
I'm not interested at all in this personally since I only played and beat all the FF games up to the sixth, but I wouldn't want to see ya'll get scared into not doing this (though I don't claim to be an expert in the law myself, I know ridiculous when I see it).
